How do I pause my subscription?Updated a month ago

Need a break from your subscription? We’ve got you covered!

If you’re on a ProPlan subscription and have completed your 4-order commitment, you’re free to pause or adjust your subscription anytime.

Please let us know the reason for pausing so we can make sure you’re on the best plan for your needs.

To pause your subscription, simply call us at 816-542-4212, option 3, during business hours, Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM CST.
