What does "locked in every 2 weeks" mean?
To ensure we can provide the freshest, most varied ingredients, your meals are selected and locked in every two weeks. This allows us to provide a better, more diverse, and restaurant-quality, high-protein experience.

When do I receive my meals?
If your first order is placed Thursday night to Thursday morning, that order will be carefully prepared over the weekend, to be sent to you the following week on Friday. Your following orders will have the same cadence and you can easily see when your next order will be placed in your dashboard!
