All meals are shipped Flash Frozen to ensure they stay fresh in transit!
We then deliver your delicious meals in our custom made "Fridge in a Box" insulated packages.
Please note: Your meals will arrive cool to the touch and that is completely normal! Just transfer to your fridge or freezer.
Each meal has an expiration date on the label for freshest consumption and specific heating instructions.
Just let your meals thaw in the fridge 24 hours before heating up, or take it right from the freezer if you're pressed for time.
