Occasionally, carriers like UPS may experience weather-related or other emergency delays &#x2014; but we&#x2019;ll always do our best to keep you informed if there&#x2019;s a widespread issue.Still have questions? When you opened your FlexPro Meals package, were the gel packs still cold and were the meals inside cool to the touch? &nbsp;
If so, the meals are great!&nbsp; They are packaged in our super insulated bags as if they will be in transit for 1-2 additional days.&nbsp; Very rarely, FedEx or UPS may have slight delays related to emergency conditions like weather and such.&nbsp; We will do our very best to communicate any mass issues!
